To consider and permit all interested persons to speak on the plan of said Authority to accept into the Town of Avon’s Sewer System the following:
Parcel 2030080 (L&L Realty, LLC), Parcel 2030105 (Tower Lane Associates, LLC) and Parcel 2030151 (Northington Meadow, Inc. as shown on map entitled Improvement Location Survey entitled “Convey Sanitary Sewer Easements in favor of Town of Avon, Darling Drive & Tower Lane Avon, CT. Scale: 1”=50; Date: December 2007 by Hodge Surveying Associates, P.C.
2009-07 Application to pay Service Charge ($5,217.00) –
113 Huckleberry Hill Road in three annual installments of $1,739.00.
2009-08 Review and Discuss Bids received for installation of sewers in Deepwood Drive.
